This page explains what Hermos collects through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you complete the AI assessment, we collect your answers and the contact details you enter: name, email, phone number, company, job title and, if you choose, your LinkedIn profile. We also record which page or link brought you to the site.
How we use it
We use it to send you your result, to contact you by phone or email about your result and our consulting services, and to understand which kinds of businesses we can help. We do not sell your information.
Where it is kept
Your submission is stored in Hermos’s Google Workspace (hermosconsulting.com) and is visible only to the Hermos team. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which also runs the anti-bot check on the form.
How long we keep it
We keep your submission while we are in touch and delete it within 12 months of our last contact, or sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to delete your information, at any time by emailing [email protected].
